(Sioux Falls, SD) — A new list ranks Colonial Pine Hills as the South Dakota city with the most expensive homes. The study showed the city has a typical home value of over one-point-four million dollars, 94-percent higher than the state average. The website Stacker compiled the list using data from home listing site Zillow. Keystone, Wentworh, Chancellor, and Hill City rounded out the top five. Rapid City came in at the bottom of the 30 city list, with a typical home value of just over 304-thousand dollars.
