(Pierre, SD) — Senator John Thune is speaking out about the situation at the U.S. southern border. The South Dakota U.S. Senator is introducing a bill that would make it easier for overdose victims to sue countries such as Mexico and China that he says support the flow of fentanyl into the United States. Thune calls the situation at the southern border a “humanitarian crisis.” He is also a supporter of building a wall along the southern border.
