(Sacramento, CA) — The Timberwolves earned one of their biggest victories of the season with a 138-104 road win against the Sacramento Kings on Saturday. The Timberwolves led by 17 in the third quarter before the Kings stormed back within two in the final minute of regulation. However, Anthony Edwards hit a dagger fade-away, and Mike Conley hit a pair of free throws to put the game away. Edwards poured in 27 points in the victory, while Conley finished with 24. Minnesota is in sixth-place in the Western Conference with a 34-and-32 record. The Wolves host Philadelphia tomorrow night.
