(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum is considering whether or not to sign a measure that would raise the 30-day limit of THC for medical marijuana patients. The bill passed the state House yesterday after previously being approved by the Senate. The measure would increase the 30-day limit of the psychoactive ingredient able to be purchased by medical marijuana users in lotions and tinctures from four-thousand milligrams to six-thousand milligrams. The bill is aimed at moving patients away from smoking dried leaves and flowers to using manufactured products.
