SD High On List For Federal Aid Dependency

It ranked the Mount Rushmore State 15th, based on two key factors: residents’ dependency on federal funds, and the share of state revenue that comes from the federal government. Alaska was found to be the most dependent on federal aid, while New Jersey ranked dead last.
