(Dunseith, ND) — Two back-to-back car crashes injured three people near Dunseith Thursday morning. The first crash happened on Highway 3 at around 3:30 a.m., when a semi-truck left the roadway, vaulted off an incline, and came to rest in a ditch, leaving the driver injured. Two passing drivers pulled over and left their vehicles to help the semi-truck driver, only for another driver to crash into both cars a short time later. The two people in the car that caused the second crash sustained minor injuries.
