(Bismarck, ND) — The National Guard is partnering with the Historical Society to build a new addition to the Heritage Center in Bismarck to house a new military museum. The goal is to share the North Dakota National Guard’s stories with the public. The goal is to start construction of the building in 2025, and to have it open to the public by 2029. Construction of the museum is expected to cost nearly 60-million dollars.
