(Fargo, ND) — North Dakota Representative Kelly Armstrong laid out the focal points of his campaign for Governor when he spoke in Fargo on Friday. The campaign kickoff rally was held at Brewhalla, and Armstrong touched on his background as a congressman, state legislator, and lawyer, among other accomplishments. He highlighted the main pillars of his campaign as low taxes, light regulation, and investing in the workforce. Armstrong was the first Republican to announce he was running for Governor after Governor Burgum announced he wouldn’t be seeking a third term.
