(Barnesville, MN) — Two men are dead after a weekend crash in Clay County. The Minnesota State Patrol says a 2019 Volkswagen GTI was southbound on Highway Nine early yesterday when it left the road and crashed near mile marker 146. The driver and the passenger in the vehicle both died in the crash. Investigators say at least one of the men was not wearing a seat belt. More information about the crash should be released today.
