South Dakota Funded Over $40M For Water Infrastructure

(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota is getting over 40 million dollars from the federal government for water infrastructure upgrades. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency shared the news Tuesday. Those projects will be primarily for drinking and clean water, especially for underserved communities most in need of water upgrades. This funding is part of the more than 50-billion-dollar water infrastructure upgrades investment from President Biden’s Bipartisan Infrastructure Law, which is the largest in American history.
