(Bismarck, ND) — A North Dakota Highway Patrol trooper and two other people were injured in a head-on crash in Bismarck. It happened on U.S. 83 early Sunday morning, when the trooper’s car was reportedly hit by a wrong-way driver. The alleged wrong-way driver and a passenger in the car were taken to a hospital to be treated for unknown injuries, while the trooper suffered only minor injuries and wasn’t taken to the hospital. The driver has been charged with DUI, reckless endangerment, and driving with a suspended driver’s license.
