(Bismarck, ND) — Hunters who did not win North Dakota’s gun deer license lottery have a second chance. The state’s Game and Fish Department says there are over 38-hundred licenses still available. Only people who missed out on the lottery can apply for the remaining licenses. The Game and Fish Department is accepting new applications starting today. Those applications are due by July 10th, and the state will send the licenses to the winners in August.
