(Minot, ND) — A body has been found in Minot, and investigators believe the victim was murdered. Police discovered the body in the basement of a building Tuesday morning as they served a search warrant related to a missing person. Authorities believe the body belongs to 36-year-old Mark McMillan, who went missing in early April. The body has been taken to Grand Forks for an autopsy and identification.
