(Bismarck, ND) — Two Bismarck men accused of selling fentanyl that sent a woman to the hospital have pleaded not guilty. Brandon Chandler and Scott Rau face multiple charges, including distributing a controlled substance resulting in death or injury. The charges stem from an incident in which a woman was found unresponsive in a car in Mandan, and an investigation determined she smoked fentanyl that was allegedly provided by Chandler and Rau.
