(Mandan, ND) — Police have arrested a Mandan man who’s accused of possessing child sexual abuse materials. The North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations says a tip prompted them to look into Andrew Forrest. He allegedly admitted to having the illegal content and distributing it. Investigators say they also found messages between Forrest and children on his computer
