(Dickinson, ND) — Dickinson State University President Stephen Easton is stepping down following the mass-resignation of the university’s nursing program staff. The mass-resignation stemmed from concerns over unreasonable workloads and potential accreditation issues, which arose after new credit hour production requirements were imposed. Easton issued a statement apologizing for any “mistakes, errors, and shortcomings” he made. A replacement for Easton hasn’t been announced.
