SD Supreme Court Order Sought For 2024 elections

(Pierre, SD) — A South Dakota Supreme Court order is being sought over the performance of state and county officials in this year’s elections. Jessica Pollema, the president of the South Dakota Canvassing Group and John Kunnari, who narrowly lost a Republican House primary, believe several of those people in election-integrity positions need to do their jobs better. It was confirmed yesterday that the application was filed. South Dakota Secretary of State Monae Johnson and Minnehaha County Auditor Leah Anderson are among those named. Pollema and Kunnari are pursuing a bucket-full of allegations that they feel the state Supreme Court needs to uphold.
