The publication says Sioux Falls is a “nature lover’s delight” with Falls Park being one of the top-25 urban parks in the nation. It also gains high marks for its cultural scene and for having one of the world’s best hospitals in Sanford USD Medical Center. Silver Spring, Maryland is ranked number-one on the list.
