(Bismarck, ND) — A repeat felony offender in Bismarck has been convicted for the 16th time since 2015. Randolph Vandeusen pleaded guilty to felony drug charges on Thursday, stemming from a traffic stop in May, when officers found fentanyl and drug paraphernalia inside his car. He was sentenced to two-and-a-half years in prison and was ordered to undergo drug treatment. At his sentencing, Vandeusen told the judge that he’s “familiar with the system”, and she told him that hopefully he’ll learn something this time.
