(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck man is in custody on charges of rape and luring minors. Police say 18-year-old Michael Leier lured the underage victim over a messaging app by offering a THC vape in exchange for sexual acts. Investigators say he also tried to lure several other victims using the same app. Leier is being held on a ten-thousand-dollar bond.
