(Lisbon, ND) — A 67-year-old man who suffered life-threatening injuries in a crash near Lisbon earlier this month has died. It happened on Highway 32, where investigators say Jerry Rufsvold was rear-ended by 37-year-old Amber Patel when he stopped to make a turn. The impact sent Rufsvold’s car into the opposite lane, where it collided with another vehicle. Rufsvold died on Saturday, and Patel will face a criminal vehicular homicide charge.
