(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man previously arrested for possessing child pornography is now being charged with making child pornography. James Kooima pleaded not guilty on Thursday in federal court. In March, the 46-year-old was charged with eight child porn counts. Kooima was suspended as a parent-coach by the Sioux Falls-based Dakota Alliance Soccer Club after his March arrest. The judge in that case also barred Kooima from having contact with his own children or with anyone under 18 years of age.
