(Newburg, ND) — More school districts in North Dakota are implementing no-cell-phone policies for students. That includes the Newburg United District, and staff calls it an overwhelming but positive transition. The Dunseith School District already has a no-cell-phone policy in place, but their superintendent says they’re working on enforcing it more strictly this school year. The goal of these policies is to reduce distractions in the classroom.
