(Mandan, ND) — A man convicted of federal sex crime charges is now being returned to North Dakota for another trial. Kyle Kennedy was convicted and sentenced to serve a federal prison sentence in Minnesota following his arrest in 2018. He was also charged with felonies in North Dakota related to having inappropriate contact with two young boys between 1998 and 2013. He’s charged with three felonies, including two counts of gross sexual imposition. His trial is scheduled to start in Mandan on December 3rd.
