(Bismarck, ND) — A North Dakota judge is overturning the state’s abortion ban. Thursday, Judge Bruce Romanick ruled North Dakota’s state constitution protects a woman’s right to an abortion before the fetus is viable. The order will go into effect within two weeks. This now clears the way for abortion to become legal in the state. One person is seriously injured after a house fire in Jamestown that may have been triggered by an explosion.
