(Hartford, SD) — A former chiropractor in Hartford is admitting to having to sexual contact with a minor. Thirty-two-year-old Joel Martens appeared in court yesterday to plead guilty to 12 counts of sexual contact with a minor by a person in authority. His sentencing date is scheduled for November 18th. If convicted, Martens could face up to a decade behind bars.
