(Washburn, ND) — Ian Cramer is expected to change his plea in the crash that claimed the life of a Mercer County deputy. A change of plea hearing is scheduled for Friday for the 43-year-old son of U.S. Senator Kevin Kramer. Cramer previously pleaded not guilty to homicide and other charges in the December crash that killed Deputy Paul Martin.
