(Fargo, ND) — Fargo Police have released the identity of the victim of a deadly shooting. Police say Jalab Moses of Fargo was killed Saturday morning outside a residence in the 13-hundred block of 8th Avenue North. Tyreik Taylor-Roberts is the suspected shooter. He lives at the residence and was taken into custody. The two men knew each other and had allegedly been arguing before the shooting.
