(Bismarck, ND) — The suspect in a post office fire will remain in custody while federal charges are presented to a grand jury. A U.S. Magistrate Judge sided with the prosecution on motions during a hearing Monday in Bismarck. Melody Walker-White Twin is accused of vandalizing and burning down the 105-year-old post office in the small Sioux County town of Selfridge, about 60 miles south of Bismarck. The alleged incident happened on September 15th. There’s no word when the case will be presented to the grand jury.
