(Grand Forks, ND) — The Grand Forks School Board has approved a 130-million-dollar preliminary budget by a unanimous vote. At its meeting last night the board also approved a bid of 1.5-million-dollars to update security at Red River High School. One of the initial changes at the school will be to relocate the administration offices and to improve the “push to talk” security feature. Work is expected to begin next summer.
