(Mandan, ND) — The Mandan Fire Department is announcing a number of events as part of Fire Prevention Week next month. A fire truck parade is scheduled for October 8th beginning at 6:30 p.m. That will be followed by a two-hour open house at Fire Station Number One beginning at 7 p.m. In addition, firefighters will be visiting schools that week. Fire Prevention Week takes place October 6th through the 12th.
