(Minot, ND) — A new transit center has opened in downtown Minot. That marks a new location for routes to begin and end. Until yesterday routes began and ended at the Minot Municipal Auditorium. About 80-percent of the cost of the new centralized transit operation was covered by state grant funding with the city picking up the rest of the tab.
