(Velva, ND) — The North Dakota Highway Patrol says it arrested one person at a sobriety checkpoint in McHenry County last Friday. The NDHP says 243 vehicles passed through the checkpoint on Highway 52 from 8 to 10 p.m. Of those, five motorists were evaluated and just the one person was arrested. .
