(Fargo, ND) — A trial date is now set for the Fargo civil rights activist who’s been charged with felony theft. Faith Dixon and her husband are accused of defrauding the state out of more than 70-thousand dollars in grant money. The trial is set to begin February 11th. Dixon, who made her first court appearance yesterday, had her bond set at five-thousand dollars.
