(Windom, SD) — A 49-year-old Windom man is facing multiple charges in connection with a “string of thefts.” The Windom Police Department said in a news release that Eduardo Rodriguez was arrested last Wednesday. Stolen items were found at Rodriguez’ home following two search warrants. Charges include Motor Vehicle Theft and Second-Degree Burglary, along with four other charges.
