(Rapid City, SD) — Rapid City is celebrating a record month for building permits. The Rapid City’s Building Services Division reports 269 building permits issued in October. A city spokesperson said the permits had a combined value of around 80-million-dollars. The spokesperson is calling 2024 a “robust year” for the city.
