Trial of ND Man Involved in Fatal Crash Delayed

(Grand Forks, ND) — The trial of man involved in a fatal crash last June near Grand Forks is being delayed. Lawyers on both sides are preparing arguments on whether Travis Bell’s DUI test results are admissible in court. The Fordville man was charged with felony criminal vehicular homicide after a two-vehicle crash June 3rd at the intersection of Highway 2 and Airport Road. Bell is accused of running a red light and slamming into a vehicle driven by Nicole Louthain. The woman’s six-year-old daughter was also in the car and died a few days after the crash.
