North Dakota To Gain Nearly An Hour Of Daylight By February 1st

(Montgomery, AL) — Cold and dark winter weather is impacting much of the U.S., but not for long. The amount of daylight has been increasing since the winter solstice on December 21st. Most of North Dakota will gain close to an hour of sunlight by the end of the month.
According to the Farmer’s Almanac, North Dakota will see nine hours and 43 minutes of daylight on February 1st. That’s compared to the eight hours and 48 minutes of daylight we should see today. The total hours of daylight will continue to increase until the summer solstice on June 20th.
