(Bismarck, ND) — Extreme cold is disrupting oil production in North Dakota. The North Dakota Pipeline Authority says oil production was down by over 130-thousand barrels per day as of Tuesday morning, which is about 12-percent of the region’s daily oil output. Natural gas production, meanwhile, was down by over 370-million cubic feet per day.
