(Bismarck, ND) — A Bismarck woman is suffering from some serious bad luck. Francesca Zetar has been hit by cars twice while cycling in the Bis-Man area within the past two years. an accident on State Street in 2023 resulted in a broken collarbone, hip, and right leg. Just ten months later, Zetar was hit from behind riding her bike on Main Street, which resulted in two broken arms. Zetar is advocating thse to pay attention to surroundings, and follow rules of the road, especially in snowy conditions.
