(Grand Forks, ND) — Grand Forks Border Patrol says an elderly person having a diabetic attack is expected to make a full recovery. Authorities say the individual was found unconscious in Lake of the Woods in Minnesota after suffering “a severe diabetic emergency.” Border Patrol is being credited with providing care and medical transportation for the victim. The person has not been publicly identified.
