(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks County man could spend 20 years behind bars after being charged with providing methamphetamine to an individual planning to sell the drug. Christopher Ryan Ringsrud-Knowels of Arvila was formally charged with Class A felony delivery. The 42-year-old was in a Grand Forks County courtroom on Thursday. He’s scheduled to return to court on March 24th for a preliminary hearing.
