(Sioux Falls, SD) — A case against a former Sioux Falls middle school teacher for child porn is now in federal court. According to court documents, 28-year-old Justin Preuschl allegedly committed these crimes for nearly three years. He was charged with solicitation of a minor and lost his teaching job at Whittier Middle School about a year ago. A new federal court filing says Preuschl now faces 47 counts of child porn and transferring obscene materials to a minor. The crimes allegedly began in June of 2021 and continued until February of last year, which is two years longer than originally believed. Preuschl pleaded not guilty to all of the charges on Thursday.
