(St. Paul, MN) — Minnesota Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan is going to run for U.S. Senate next year. Later this month, Flanagan says she will make an official announcement. The senate seat is open because Senator Tina Smith is not seeking re-election in 2026.
