(Bismarck, ND) — It’s now easier for some North Dakota residents to get a primary residence tax credit. Governor Armstrong signed a bill yesterday that expands the five-hundred-dollar credit to about 39-hundred more residences. It now includes primary residences held by trust, life estates and those being purchased under a contract for a deed. It’s the first bill signed by Armstrong in the new legislative session.
