(Mandan, ND) — A Mandan woman is facing charges in the overdose death of a man last month. Police say Jessica Towry admitted to selling fentanyl to the Mandan resident, whose body was found January 30th. An autopsy revealed fentanyl and meth in his system. Towry is charged with Delivery of Controlled Substance, Overdose Death and Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She’s free on five-thousand dollars’ bond has a jury trial scheduled for June 4th.
