(Moorhead, MN) — A new cannabis dispensary is opening in Moorhead. KVLY says a dispensary operated by the White Earth tribal nation will open March 1st at the old JL Beers building on Viking Trail. CEO Zach Wilson says they will only accept customers who are 21 or older and who have a legal ID. Wilson said the cannabis for sale is “a medicine before anything else,” and has been tested.
