(Undated) — The NFL is spreading the wealth. The league informed its teams on Wednesday that the per-team salary cap for 2025 will be between 277.5-million-dollars and 281.5-million-dollars. The final figure will be determined following further negotiations with the NFL Players Association. This year’s increase means the cap will have grown by at least 53-million-dollars over the past two years. The cap is calculated annually based on a collectively bargained formula tied to league revenues, which have grown due to new media rights deals. The new league year, along with free agency, begins on March 12th at 4PM Eastern.
