(Grand Forks, ND) — A Grand Forks teen accused of raping a 12-year-old girl is being charged as an adult. Charges were filed Wednesday against Jayden Perales. According to court documents, he was 17 at the time of the alleged sexual assault — but has since turned 18. Perales, who denies the allegations, is due in court on March 5th.
