Man Pleads Guilty After Deadly Punch

(Rapid City, SD) — A man faces eight years in federal prison after he punched a guy, leading to his death. Thirty-five-year-old Raymond Bald Eagle pled guilty to involuntary manslaughter on Thursday. Authorities say he punched Clarence Janis in the face, causing an aneurysm to burst. The incident happened on the Pine Ridge Reservation last June. Bald Eagle is due to be sentenced on May 19th.
